Welcome to Optisnap.online. By accessing or using our website and client-side image optimization tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Service Description
Optisnap provides browser-based batch image compression, format conversion (WebP, AVIF, PNG, JPEG, SVG, ICO), resizing, EXIF stripping, watermarking, and smart cropping. All image processing runs locally in your browser to ensure maximum privacy.
Licenses & Payments
We offer fixed-term digital licenses (1-Month, 6-Month, and 1-Year passes). Licenses grant access to specified features (Core vs. Advanced PRO tools) for the duration purchased. All sales of digital license keys are final.
Each PRO license key may be activated on a limited number of devices (browser activations via Lemon Squeezy licensing), as follows:

Activating a key on more devices than your plan allows may be rejected by the licensing system. Device limits are enforced at activation time and apply for the full license term.
Limitation of Liability
Optisnap is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our client-side tool. Users are advised to keep local backups of their original images.
User Feedback and Suggestions
If you submit ideas, feature requests, bug reports, comments, or other suggestions through our feedback form (including the Tally-powered Feedback popup) or by any other means, you grant Optisnap a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, adapt, and implement that feedback in the product or related services.
You acknowledge that such submissions may be implemented without any compensation, royalties, attribution, or intellectual property claims from you as the submitter. You represent that you have the right to share the feedback you provide and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
